A force on the court this season she has earned what many never do with this honor cementing herself as one of the best in the country this season and for the Panthers in school history. Mariana Silva (Seward County) - NCAA D1 Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week
Sophomore outside hitter Mariana Silva had a big week attacking for Seward County as the Saints went 1-1 while picking up a four-set upset of number nine Colby. In the win against the Trojans, Silva landed 22 kills on 55 attempts (.291) and added six digs and a block to propel SCCC to a win over its highest-ranked opponent since 2021. Three days later, in a 3-1 loss to Garden City, Silva finished with a double-double as she put together 16 kills to go with 15 digs and two solo blocks.

Trinity Collette (Neosho County) – NJCAA D2 Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week

Trinity Collette totaled 91 digs across 20 sets last week and helped Neosho County pick up three wins over five matches. The freshman had at least 11 digs in all five matches, including 24 in a four-set defeat to number two-ranked Kirkwood Community College, and averaged 4.55 digs per set. Collette also had nine service aces and a reception percentage of .981 with 106 receptions in 108 attempts.
