Opening in 2013, the Neosho Softball Complex is one of the finest junor college softball facilities in the midwest. The complex features a home clubhouse, turf infield, umpire locker room, press box, concession stand, and restrooms. The $900,000 project was part of a larger 1.5 million dollar facelift to many of Neosho's athletic facilities.

The large concourse behind home plate houses bleachers, tables for outdoor dining, and plenty of room for fans to bring lawn chairs. The playing surface is surrounded by a wooden fence, and encloses home and visitor bullpens as well as a pair of full length batting cages down the left field line.

Along the third base line is the home clubhouse, press box, and umpire locker room. The home clubhouse includes custom wooden lockers, leather couches, and a flat screen television, and restroom faciliites with direct access to the home dugout. The press box is attached to the home clubhouse and is equipped with wifi and phone lines for home and visitor broadcasts.Behind first base sits the concession stand and restrooms for fans.
