Kansas City, KS — The #2-ranked Neosho County Panthers continued their unbeaten run with a strong 2-0 road victory over receiving votes Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC) on Wednesday evening.
The Panthers opened the scoring in the 30th minute when Adam Larkin found the back of the net, finishing a well-placed assist from Callum Niven. Neosho controlled much of the possession throughout the match and doubled their lead in the 67th minute as Paul Eder capitalized on a chance created by Keane Hazeldine.
Defensively, the Panthers remained solid, earning their fifth clean sheet of the season and improving to 7-0-2 overall.
Neosho County will return to action this Saturday, taking on National Park College at a neutral venue.
