Chanute, KS- Former Panther, RHP Owen Chaffin, signs to pitch for the Winnipeg Goldeyes in the American Association of Professional Baseball. Chaffin was a 2-year starter here at Neosho before moving on to Saint Louis University and MidAmerica Nazerene University.
