Beatrice, NE - Neosho men's soccer faced Southeast away at Beatrice, Nebraska on Saturday the 16^th of September 2023, which promised to be a very difficult fixture as they had been in great form in their previous fixtures. Neosho weren't at the races really in the first half. They lacked tempo and intensity both in and out of possession. Southeast opened the scoring midway through the first half which a lofted ball into the box which wasn't dealt with and the Southeast striker headed home to make it 1-0. In the second half Neosho did up the intensity with their play but didn't quite create enough clear cut opportunities to find an equalizer.

Next up is Allen County Community College at home on September 20^th with a 7:30 kick, where hopefully Neosho can kick start their campaign for the rest of the season.
