Chanute, KS - Neosho men's soccer faced Allen County Community College in what promised to be a very tough game. Allen went into the game ranked 15^th in the country, Neosho were looking to get a win after some poor recent results and a long scoring drought. Neosho started the game with a high tempo in and out of possession, pinning Allen in their own half for the majority of the first half. Aidan Bennett opened the scoring for Neosho with a clever run to the front post and tidy finish after great work for Jordan Martinez and Kyi Nicholson down the right hand side.

Neosho then doubled their lead with a superb free kick from warren Sung. In the rest of the second half Neosho had opportunities to further extend their lead but couldn't find the back of the net again. Neosho saw the game out with a comfortable 2-0 victory and will now look to take that form into their next fixture.
