Box Score Chanute, KS – The Neosho Panthers took on the Greyhounds of Fort Scott in a conference match Wednesday night. The Panthers would dominate the match in three sets. The Panthers did not trail in a set for the match. Set one Zenner would go on a 5-0 serving run to start the match. That set the tone and the Panthers took set one 25-16. Set two was all the Panthers. They would hold the Greyhounds to just nine points and win set two 25-9. Set three would again be all the Panthers, taking an early 10 point lead at 12-2. Neosho would come away with set three with a score of 25-15.
Offensively the Panthers were led by freshman outside
Sydnee Dudolski with 12 kills, she is followed by freshman outside
Iva Putnik with 8 kills. Defensively Dudolski also led the Panthers with 21 digs followed by sophomore libero
Riley Kennedy with 11.
The Panthers move to 12-5 on the season and 3-2 in KJCCC play. They have another conference matchup on Wednesday September 21 at home vs Independence at 6:30 pm.
