Hutchinson, KS – The Panthers opened their season going 2-1 at a triangular in Hutchinson, KS. They would open with a 3-0 win over Bethel JV. The Panthers would not trail in set one taking the set with a final score of 25-12. The Panthers would trail the Threshers early in set two before pulling ahead at 12-11. They came away with a set score of 25-16. Set three would go to the lady panthers 25-18 to take the match 3-0.
The Panthers would then fall to the Blue Dragons of Hutchinson 0-3. The Lady Panthers fought in the first set with a set score of 22-25 before falling in the second set 10-25. Set three the Panthers would have an early two point lead at 8-6 before the Blue Dragons would take an 11-16 lead. The Panthers would fall in set three 17-25.
The Panthers would then take on Ottawa JV. Early in set one they would take an eight point lead at 15-7. They would keep their lead throughout set one with a final set score of 25-15. Set two the Panthers would hold onto their early five point lead at 14-9 to then take the set 25-18. The Panthers would go on to win set three with a set score of 25-16 to take the match 3-0.

Marah Zenner would record 81 assist. Defensively sophomore libero
