Fort Dodge, IA – The Panthers had another big weekend in Fort Dodge, IA at the Triton Invitational.  They would go 3-1 taking down the 18^th ranked Bears of Des Moines Area Community College.  The Panthers would take on #9 Kirkwood, #18 DMACC, North Iowa Areal, and Carl Sandburg.  Their only loss on the weekend would come from 9^th ranked Kirkwood.  They would fall in three sets with set scores of 19-25, 22-25, and 16-25.  Their next opponent of the weekend would come against 18^th ranked DMACC.  The Panthers pulled out the win in four sets with set scores of 17-25, 25-19, 25-22 and 25-21.  Day two of the tournament the Panthers would take on North Iowa Area, taking the set in three with set scores of 25-18, 25-8 and 25-20.  The last matchup of the week the Panthers swept Carl Sandburg set scores of 25-14, 25-11, 25-21.  The Panthers went 14-2 in regular season tournament play this season.
 
The Panthers move to 22-8 on the season and 4-3 in conference play.  Their next matchup is a big conference matchup against the Red Devils of Allen County on Wednesday October 19^th at 6:30 pm.
