The #12 Neosho Panthers took on rivals, the Red Devils of Allen County on Thursday night. The Panthers were able to take down the Red Devils in a five-set fight to the end. Neosho got the win in set one, then the Red Devils were able to take set two. From there it went set for set with the Panthers taking set three, while Allen took set four, and finally taking the match the Panthers came out on top in the fifth set. Every point in the fifth set was a fight. The Red Devils came out to an early 3-0 run in the fifth set before the Panthers were able to come back and tie it at 3-3. The set would then go back and forth with Allen scoring the next few points and Neosho answering tying it up. The Panthers would eventually pull ahead before Allen calls a timeout at 10-9. After the timeout the Panthers would fall back behind 12-11 before calling a timeout. The set got tied up one more time at 14-14 before the Panthers were able to pull away with the win.

McKinley Pruitt with 16 kills followed by freshman right side,
Hannah Brisco with 14 kills. Defensively, the Panthers were led by freshman setter
Rylee Moseman with 15 digs followed by sophomore defensive specialist
Nyah Alexander and freshman outside
Riley Kallevig who both recorded 11 digs on the match.
This win Neosho moves to 5-1 on the season and remain undefeated in conference play with a record of 5-0. Neosho is now the only remaining undefeated team in conference.
