The Neosho Panthers fell behind early and couldn't come back in an 8-3 loss to Crowder College on Tuesday for game two.
Ryleigh Chaffin took the loss for NCCC even though she pitched well in both games, keeping Neosho in the ball games. She allowed six hits and three runs over six innings, striking out two and walking one.
Cassidy Paulson started the game for the Panthers. She surrendered five runs on four hits over one inning, striking out two and walking zero. Neosho hit two home runs during the second game.
Cameron Holcomb had a long ball in the second inning.
Kirsten Birdwell put one out in the fourth inning for her second home run of the day.
