Box Score Pasadena, TX- Neosho Softball watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in an 11-1 loss to San Jacinto College in game one on Tuesday, March 12th. San Jac took the lead on a single in the first inning. The Panthers started off strong in the first inning, when
Kinsley Stewart hit a solo home run. But Neosho struggled to put runs on the board after the first inning and had a tough time defensively containing San Jac, giving up 11 runs.
Kaelee Escoe took the loss for Neosho, striking out four batters.
The Panthers struggled again in game two in a 17-0 loss. Neosho struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing San Jac, giving up 17 runs. Michelle Kristoff earned the victory in the pitcher's circle for San Jac. Ryleigh Chaffin took the loss for Neosho.
The Panthers will look to bounce back after a tough day on the diamond on Thursday, March 14th when they play a double-header against Alvin Community College.
