The Neosho County Community College volleyball team suffered a straight-set sweep at the hands of MCC-Longview 3-0 (25-16, 25-19, 25-16) on Friday evening.
Sophomore Panther
Jill Starling led the team with 10 kills, while sophomore
Mackenzie Brown added four. Freshman setter
Haley Slade returned to the lineup and dished out 15 assists, and Starling tallied 10.
Defensively, freshman
Rianne Richard recorded a team-high 17 digs, while Starling added 12 and sophomore
Chesney Vaughn 10.
The Panthers (22-12 overall and 3-5 in the KJCC) will host #11 NEO A&M on Monday, October 19 at 6:30pm.
