Box Score The men's soccer team traveled to Great Bend, KS to take on Barton Community College. The Panthers got off to a slow start and could never recover and dropped the game 4-1.
Barton scored two goals really early and put the game away.
The Panthers played a better second half, but it was too late.
David Bustos scored early in the half, but that's all the scoring that the Panthers did for the day.
"We got off to a terrible start and couldn't recover from that. It was disappointing, but we need to forget about this game and get ready for our trip this weekend to Kansas City. Our three losses right now in the league are to the top 3 teams in the league. It was good to play these games and get ready for our last 5 conference games starting in 2 weeks," stated Coach Harrison.
The Panthers are now 7-3-1 overall and will travel to Kansas City this weekend to play Maplewoods on Friday and play Wentworth on Saturday to finish their non-conference slate for this season.
