Box Score The men's soccer team traveled to Coffeyville to begin their conference season. They were beaten 4-1 which put their overall record to 6-1 and 0-1 in KJCCC play.

Coffeyville scored 2 goals in the first 5 minutes and the Panthers couldn't recover.

Matt Hodgson scored the lone goal for the Panthers off a free kick, but it wasn't enough.

"We knew Coffeyville worked really hard and we didn't match their work ethic. It was a bad game for us all around and it wasn't a good way to start conference play," stated Coach Harrison.

The Panthers will return to action this Thursday when they travel to Independence for a 4:00 kickoff.
