The men's soccer team won their regular season opener at Blue River. The final score was 5-2 and put the Panthers 1-0 on the young season.

Blue River scored the first goal, but after that the Panthers dominated the game. Logan Vestring and David Bustos did all the scoring for the Panthers. Logan had a hat trick and David put away 2 goals of his own.

Jordan May was in goal and made some big saves to keep the lead and momentum to the Panthers.

"I was happy how we responded to Blue River scoring the 1st goal. We didn't hang our heads and we made a couple tactical adjustments. After that we dominated the game," stated Coach Harrison.

The Panthers will return to action Tuesday August 28th when they travel to Crowder College. Kick off is set for 4:00 PM.
