Coach Chadderton is entering his fifth year at Neosho County Community College, coming off a historic 2024 season in which he led the Panthers to their first-ever national final. Over the past three seasons, he has guided both the men's and women's soccer programs, establishing Neosho County as a rising force in the NJCAA.

On the men’s side, Coach Chadderton has led the team to three consecutive KJCCC Conference Championships (2022–2024), back-to-back Region 6 titles (2023, 2024), and the program’s first District Championship in 2024—securing a landmark appearance at the national tournament.

Under his leadership, the women’s soccer team also reached new heights, winning their first KJCCC Conference Championship in 2023 with an impressive 13-1-3 record and finishing the season ranked #10 nationally.

During his tenure, Coach Chadderton has coached:
  • 4 NJCAA First Team All-Americans (men)
  • 1 NJCAA First Team and 1 Third Team All-American (women)
  • Over 30 KJCCC All-Conference players
He was named KJCCC Coach of the Year for both the men’s and women’s teams in 2023 and earned KJCCC and District Coach of the Year honors again in 2024.

Before joining Neosho, Chadderton earned his master’s degree in Communication & Marketing from Drury University, where he served as a graduate assistant and goalkeeper coach for both men’s and women’s teams. At Drury, he coached two Freshmen of the Year and three All-Conference selections in 2019, with five players earning All-Conference honors in 2021.

Chadderton began his coaching career at Mary Baldwin University, where he helped launch the new Division III men’s program. Starting as a graduate assistant, he was promoted to interim head coach and played a key role in recruiting over 30 players during the program’s inaugural year.

A native of Manchester, England, Coach Chadderton spent eight years in the Manchester United youth system and two years with Barnsley FC before moving to the United States. He played collegiately at Fort Lewis College in Colorado—earning RMAC Defensive Player of the Week honors twice—before transferring to Chowan University in North Carolina. At Chowan, he was a two-time All-Conference performer in Conference Carolinas and a 2018 Second Team All-Region honoree. He still holds the school’s single-season record for lowest goals-against average at 0.88.

Coach Chadderton currently holds a UEFA B License and is working toward his UEFA A License.
