Biography

Josh is a second year player from Shawnee, Kansas. In 2019, he was a weekend starter that made 10 starts for the Panthers. Josh joined Neosho County from Shawnee Mission Northwest High School where he was a two year starter. He earned All-State honors based on his body of work his senior year. Josh was born on August 21, 1999 and is the son of Jim Flack and Susan Flack. He plans to major in agricultural business upon graduation from Neosho County.
