Neosho County Community College continued its strong run of form with a commanding 6–0 victory on the road against Allen Community College.
The Panthers established an early foothold in the contest, with
Riccardo Giovanelli opening the scoring before
Bailey Mapletoft added a second to give Neosho a 2–0 advantage heading into halftime.
Despite the two-goal lead, the opening half was largely transitional, with both teams finding opportunities to attack in moments of turnover. The halftime break gave Neosho an opportunity to regroup and refocus on establishing greater control of the game from the opening moments of the second half.
The response was immediate.
Neosho came out of the blocks quickly after the restart and began to take complete command of the contest. Giovanelli added his second of the afternoon before Dylan Parry-Jones found the net directly from a free kick.
Danny Carroll and
Ryuto Kondo added further goals as the Panthers put four past Allen in the second half to complete an emphatic 6–0 victory.
The six goals were shared among five different scorers, highlighting the attacking contribution throughout the team, while another clean sheet capped off a complete performance at the other end of the field.
A clinical second-half display, five different goalscorers and a clean sheet ensured Neosho continued its positive run with another convincing result on the road.
