Chanute, KS - The Neosho County Community College Athletics department is excited to announce the Hiring of New Head Women's Soccer Coach Sam Hall for the 2025 campaign. Athletics Director
Riann Mullis made the announcement this week after the monthly board meeting where Sam was approved.
Sam when asked about the opportunity to take over the program, "I want to thank Athletics Director
Riann Mullis, Neosho County Commmunity College President Brian Inbody, and the Neosho County Board of Trustees for this opportunity, and the opportunity to further develop the Women's Soccer program at Neosho."
Sam Hall is an experienced and dedicated coach with a strong background at the collegiate level. He previously served as an assistant coach at NCAA Division II Nationally ranked Lake Erie College, where he played a key role in the program's national tournament run. In addition to his assistant duties, he was also the Head Coach of the junior varsity team with a second place finish in his first season in the role.
He currently holds a U.S. Soccer Federation coaching license and is passionate about player development both on and off the field.
Before transitioning to coaching, Sam had a standout playing career. He was a JUCO All-American and National Champion at Genesee Community College and won four conference championships during his time at Genesee and Chowan University. Furthermore, for all 4 years he captained the USL2's #1 ranked team Lionsbridge FC and became the club's all-time leading goalscorer.
He currently holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelors degree in Sport Health.
He plans to finish up his second masters in Coaching Education in the future.
