The breakthrough came in the second half when Neosho County's Olivia Gibson executed a beautifully placed free kick. Building on the momentum, Neosho County continued to press forward, and their efforts were rewarded when Jerusalem Rodriguez-Gamez scored the second goal. Jerry's goal sealed the victory for Neosho County, solidifying their performance on a day that celebrated the achievements of the sophomore players.
