Chanute, KS - After a standout freshman season at Neosho County Community College, guard
Audrey Hendrix has officially committed to continue her academic and athletic career at the
University of Montevallo in Alabama. A relentless shooter and fearless competitor, Audrey made her mark in just one season with the Panthers, bringing energy, leadership, and toughness to every practice and game. Her growth on and off the floor was a true reflection of
The Neosho Way, and she leaves as a testament to what belief, work ethic, and coachability can build in a year.
"Audrey is the kind of player every program needs — selfless, gritty, and all about the team," said Head Coach J.J. Davis. "She showed up every day with purpose and made others around her better. Montevallo is getting a player who's just scratching the surface of her potential, and a person of high character. We're proud of her, and excited for what's next in her journey." Hendrix joins a strong program in the Gulf South Conference, and Neosho celebrates her continued success at the next level.
