Overland Park, KS- The Panthers lost both games of the doubleheader at Johnson, losing game 1, 5-4 and game 2, 16-6. In game 1, the Panthers fell to a 4-0 deficit before Larsen Koester got the offense going with his 8th home run of the season to make the score 4-1. After allowing another run in the bottom of the 5th inning to Johnson, Maverick Williamson hit a 3-run home run, being the last runs either team saw in the contest. In game 2, the Panthers jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the top of the 1st, thanks to a 2-run home run from Maverick Williamson, his 13th of the season. As the game went on, the Panthers were unable to keep up with Johnson, only scoring 4 more runs, thanks to a RBI single from Williamson and a 3-run double from Larsen Koester.
