Fort Scott, KS - The Neosho County men's basketball team lost a road conference game to Fort Scott Community College 66-60 on Thursday night. The Panthers outscored Fort Scott 45-42 in the second half, but it was not enough to overcome a 9-point halftime deficit. Neosho County trailed by as many as 19 points in the second half before cutting the lead to 60-57 with under a minute to play.

Adyn Prophete led the Panthers in the game with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Other players scoring in double figures for Neosho County were redshirt sophomore
Michael Doria with 14 points and sophomore
Damian Jones with 10 points. Jones also contributed 3 assists in the game. Redshirt sophomore
Aaron Doria added 7 rebounds for the Panthers.
Neosho County is now 9-17 on the season and 2-10 in conference play. The Panther's resume play Saturday afternoon with their last home game of the season against Hesston College at 4:00 PM.
