Chanute, KS - The #4 Neosho County Panthers booked their place in the Region 6 Championship Final after a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Allen County on Thursday evening.

The Panthers showed their quality early, with Callum Niven opening the scoring to give Neosho the advantage. Allen responded well and managed to pull level before the break, setting up a tense second half in Chanute.

After the restart, Zak ElHannach delivered the decisive moment, finding the back of the net to restore Neosho's lead and secure the win. The Panthers managed the closing stages with composure, seeing out the result to extend their unbeaten run to 14-0-3 on the season.

With the victory, Neosho County advances to the Region 6 Final, where they will host #15 Johnson County this Sunday at 3PM in Chanute.

Another step toward history for the Panthers.
