Chanute, KS - Neosho Men's Soccer secured a commanding 3-0 victory against Iowa Central on Saturday. Neosho dominated the first half creating many chances, and shutting out Iowa Central from having any chances at all. Neosho broke the deadlock just before halftime when #26 Zak ElHannach found the back of the net in the 43rd minute, giving the Panthers a 1-0 lead heading into the break. Neosho came out strong in the second half, doubling their lead in the 47th minute when #14 Dylan Roberts scored off a well-placed pass, putting the Panthers up 2-0. The team continued to press, and just five minutes later, #7 Paul Eder netted the third goal in the 52nd minute to seal Neosho's dominance. With a solid defensive performance, Neosho kept a crucial clean sheet they have been looking for.
