History Made After Two Panther Wins

Chanute, KS- The Panthers won the first two games of the Allen series. The final in game 1 was 13-3 and in game 2, the final was 6-4. With the second win of the day, the Panthers helped Head Coach Steve Murry win his 1,200th career game as the head coach at Neosho. In game 1, Chayse Gruber picked up his 6th win of the year, after throwing a 5 inning complete game allowing just 3 runs while striking out 5. Cody Moore led the offense going 2-2 with 2 runs scored, 4 RBI's and 2 walks. In game 2, Jaret Myers picked up his 4th win of the season after throwing 7 innings. Conor Wolf came out of the bullpen in the 8th inning and closed out the final 2 innings to earn his 6th save of the year. The offense was led by Luke Westerman, who went 3-4 with a RBI and run scored.
