Chanute, KS- The Panthers got back into the win column twice, beating Highland 6-2 in game 1 and 6-5 in game 2. In game 1, Chayse Gruber picked up his 4th win of the season after throwing a complete 7 inning game only allowing 2 runs while striking out 9. The offense was lead by Brenden Fry and Gilbert Rodriguez who both had 2-RBI doubles. In game 2, Conor Wolf picked up his 2nd win of the season out of the bullpen, throwing 4 innings, only allowing 1 run while striking out 2. The Panther offense had to fight back after being down 4-0 early, as Brenden Fry secured the game 2 victory with a walk-off single to score Jamon Beck.
