Chanute, KS- The Panthers took on
NIACC in the first doubleheader in back to back days, winning both games, 3-2 and 10-4. In game 1,
Chayse Gruber got the start and picked up his second win of the year. Gruber went 8 innings, allowing just 2 runs with 6 strikeouts to go with it. The offense was lead by
Kam Koester, who had 2 hits and was responsible for all 3 RBI's, including the walk-off single. In game 2,
Jaret Myers started on the mound, picking up his second win on the year. Myers went 6 innings, allowing 3 runs, while striking out 4.
Cody Moore was the leader on the offensive side of the ball, with 2 hits, 3 RBI's and 3 runs scored.
