Council Bluffs, IA—The Panthers went 2-0 as they made their first appearance in the Iowa Western Classic this weekend. Friday night, they faced #21 Parkland College and came out on top with a victory of 80-78.
The Panthers forced the Cobras into 41 turnovers and came away with 26 steals. 
Tiara Hozumi and Audrey Hendrix led the Panthers in scoring with 15 points each.
Tiara Hozumi also had 8 steals and 7 assists. Amrri Thompson and Natalie Williams each scored 8 points.
