Council Bluffs, IA—On day 2 of the Iowa Western Classic, the Panthers faced Central Community College out of Columbus, Nebraska, and came out on top with a huge win, 106-74.   

The Panthers forced Central into 52 turnovers and came away with 36 steals.

Jiyani Thompson led the Panthers in scoring with 28 points.  Chloe Parker and  Amrri Thompson each added 16 points. Lila Hartness also chipped in 12 points.

The Panthers will return to action on their home floor on Tuesday, November 19, as they face the Lady Pioneers of North Ark. Tip-off is set for 5:30 PM.
