Chanute, KS—The Neosho County Community College women's basketball team eased their way to a 90-72 home win over the Oklahoma Wesleyan JV team Tuesday night.
 
Amrri Thompson would lead all scorers in the game by finishing with 14  points on 5-of-12 shooting. Freshman Jaida Harris landed her first career double-double as a Panther, scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds, while Binja Chikobe had 10 points and 4 steals. 
 
The NC women's basketball team is now 3-2 on the season. The Lady Panthers will travel to Council Bluffs, Iowa, this weekend to compete in the Iowa Western Classic. On Friday, they will face Parkland, and on Saturday, they will face Central Community College.
