Pittsburg, KS - Neosho traveled down to Pittsburg Kansas to play the first two games of the series against Coffeyville. The Panthers split on the day losing the first game 4-1 and winning the second game 14-13. In game 1 Coffeyville got all 4 runs in one inning and held the Panther offense to 6 hits and 1 run.The lone run scored was a Davan Brady double that scored Cody Moore. In game 2, the offenses for both teams came to life scoring a combined 27 runs in 9 innings. The Panthers offense came out on top with 12 hits and 14 runs, giving Grant Ash his 4th win of the season on the mound. Cody Moore and Alex Urlaub both had homeruns.
