Chanute, KS - After an emotional win against Fort Scott on Wednesday night, the Panthers faced another tough game against the class of Region 6, Allen County Community College. Allen County came in as the 1
st place team and didn't disappoint, using a stifling defense to limit Neosho County to 30% from the field, 26% from 3, and forced 20 turnovers on their way to a 16 point victory.
The Panthers didn't have much to celebrate on the offensive end, but did get solid contributions off the bench from freshman forward
Davion Lewis (11 points, 3 rebounds, 4/7 field goals), and sophomore guard
Michael Odingo (10 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists).
NCCC will hit the road on Wednesday to take on the Kansas City Kansas Blue Devils at 7:30pm.
