Columbus, NE - On Friday, the Neosho Women's basketball team outscored Central Community College in every quarter, which led to their 88-59 victory. Neosho led the Raiders by 10 points going into halftime, 42-32. Neosho continued to dominate offensively in the second half against Central Nebraska. The Panthers outscored the Raiders 46-27 in the second half. The Panthers also controlled the board as they outrebounded the Raiders 55 to 38. Neosho dominated down low in Friday's game as they scored 42 of their 88 points inside the paint. Neosho also forced Central Nebraska into 43 turnovers and came away with a total of 23 steals

Jahniya Brown scored a team-high 19 points, 10 rebounds, and 5 steals, recording her first double-double for the season. Freshman
