Neosho hosted St Charles Community College on Sunday the 4^th of September and were looking to bounce back after the defeat to Jefferson. Neosho started well and opened the scoring early after Leonardo Menzden took away a cross from Jack Kay. Neosho had a few other chances to double their lead but weren't able to capitalize, in the last 10 minutes of the half St Charles got a foot hold in the game and put a bit more pressure on the Panthers.

In the second half Neosho started well and were able to get an upper hand in the game again, Gerardo Garcia made it 2-0 early in the second half with a great finish across the goalkeeper. St Charles pulled a goal back afterwards to get themselves back in the game. Neosho was able to kill the game off with another from Gerardo and Max. Neosho will now play KCK on the 7^th of September in the Panthers conference opener at 7:30 pm.
