Chanute, KS - Neosho Women's Soccer faced #13 Barton who have won all but one game this season and scored a combined total of 63 goals in 9 games. From the onset it was going to be a very difficult test, however, Neosho stood up to the test and battled throughout the game. Neosho had opportunities in the first half to score themselves and tested the keeper a number of times. Barton went up 1-0 on a penalty kick early in the game, but Neosho did not let it affect them and kept playing with the same desire and determination. In the end the score on the penalty kick was the deciding factor and the lady panthers fell 1-0.

Neosho women's soccer will travel to Overland Park, KS to take on Johnson CC in their next match, kick off is set for Wednesday, September 21^st, 2022.
