Chanute, KS -  Neosho County got off to a slow start, falling down by 9 points in the first 3 minutes, but quickly mounted a comeback behind a 3 point barrage from sophomore guards Derrick Wiley and Alexander Norris, eventually leading to a 10 point advantage at halftime. The Panthers played quality defense throughout the game, limiting Bethany to 27% from the field and 24% from 3. On the other side, NCCC shot a blistering 59% from the field and 54% from 3. Neosho also dominated the battle of the boards, finishing with a 60-26 rebound advantage.
