Chanute, KS - The Panthers came out hot and never looked back as they played their best basketball of the season during the 1st half against Friends University on Friday night. Leading by 30 at halftime, NCCC built their lead up to 47 midway through the 2nd half before letting off the gas and finishing with a 104-66 victory.Solid rebounding and elite shooting lifted the Panthers throughout the game, as they shot 60% from the field (42/72), and 50% from the 3pt line (10/20). They out rebounded the Falcons by 12.
Neosho will next face off against State Fair Community College in what will be a tough test at home.

The Panthers had an extremely balanced team effort as almost the entire roster was able to reach double digit scoring. Dariq Williams led that effort with 14 points on 5/7 shooting, followed by Peter Obeng who finished with 11 points on a perfect 5/5 from the field, and high energy plays throughout the game.
