The Panthers hosted Coffeyville Community College on Monday night. The Panthers played in an uphill battle against Coffeyville, in a 92-53 loss to open up a week of three games.

Coach JJ Davis states, "if you are not locked in mentally it can get out of hand quickly and that happened against Coffeyville. I will give Coffeyville credit, they came out and made shots in the first quarter, which put us on our heels. We have to have a short memory as another really conference opponent [Butler] will be coming into town on Wednesday ready to go to war".
