The Panthers hosted Pratt Community College on Wednesday night.  The Panthers came out and won a hard fought battle against the Beavers, in an 87-84 overtime win in KJCCC conference play. Coach Davis said, "tonight our kids played with mental toughness and a will to win. Anytime you get a win in this conference it is a blessing. We have to continue to get 1% better every day".
 
Game Notes
The Panthers looked to get on the winning track against Pratt, who is a top team in the West. Last night, the panthers got off to a great start. They got going early from the three-point line and were able to hit 16 threes for the game. They were also very unselfish as they posted 22 assists as a team in the win. The Panthers continued to battle the whole game and throughout the overtime period. Tanay Williams (Idalou, TX) led the way for the Panthers with 17 Points and 5 rebounds.  Destiny Stanford (Midland, TX) had 12 points and 8 Assists. Sarah Hunt (Paris, TX) had another big night for the panthers going 3-5 from downtown.
