Box Score Hutchinson, KS – The Panthers traveled to Hutchinson, KS on Monday night to take on the Blue Dragons of Hutchinson Community College. The Panthers would fall in three with set scores of 25-14, 25-14, 25-18. The Panthers took an early two point lead in set one at 11-9.  The Blue Dragons responded with 7-0 run to take a 16-11 lead.  Hutchinson was able to extend their lead and take set one 25-14.  The Blue Dragons started set two on a 7-1 run and would then extend their lead at 11-2. Not letting up the Blue Dragons finished set two 25-14.  Set three started out point for point tied up at 4-4 before the Blue Dragons went on a seven point run to take the lead at 11-4.  The Panthers were able to pull within five at 17-22 but the Blue Dragons came out on top at 25-18.  

Offensively the Panthers were led by sophomore outside Hannah Brisco with 9 kills on the match.  Sophomore libero Brooklyn Strobel led the defense with 18 digs, she is followed by freshman defensive specialists Riley Kennedy and Emma Garrison who both tallied 9 digs on the match.
