Magic Reliford is today's focus player. Magic is one of Coach Coombs top recruits from last season. He came to the Panthers after an amazing high school career at Labette County High School here in Kansas.
 
Over Magic's stunning high school career, he averaged 16.5 points per game over his 4-year career. In his senior season Magic established himself as one of the state's top scores averaging 22.3 points per game and helped lead his team to an outstanding 15-8 season. Magic finished his career with over 1,000 points.
 
"Magic is an amazing person with an amazing personality." Coach Coombs said. "His smile lights up a room when he walks in just like he lights up the scoreboard when playing."
 
Reliford is currently the second leading scorer for the Panthers at 13.6 points per game and is shooting a staggering 41% from deep while knocking down 81.6% from the free throw line.
 
Magic has had an amazing freshman season and the Panther fans are already excited to see what he will do in his sophomore year.
 
Magic is undecided on his major but well on his way to graduating on time.
