Arkansas City, KS - A third quarter that saw Neosho's Women's Basketball score 21 points and allowed Cowley to score 34, proved to be the difference maker as they dropped a 99-82 contest to Cowley on the road Wednesday. The loss moves their record to 6-13 overall and 3-6 in KJCCC play.
The Panthers lead at the end of the first quarter 16-12 and lead by 3 at halftime but were outscored in the third quarter and never recovered. Going into the fourth quarter, the Tigers (15-4, 6-3 KJCCC) held a 70-60 lead. Neosho forced Cowley into 20 turnovers.
For the game, the Panthers finished 30-91 for 33.0% and was 6-34 from three-point range for 17.6%. The Tigers were 36-68 for 52.9% while hitting 17 triples on 38 attempts for 44.7%.

The Panthers return to action Monday, January 21
