Six Neosho County Community College batters recorded multiple hits in Tuesday afternoon's 22-7 drubbing of Crowder College at Hudson Field. The Panthers pounded out 17 hits and 22 runs as the Panthers improved to 17-2 on the season.

Neosho County didn't waste much time getting on the scoreboard. Leadoff batter Darian Abram jumpstarted the offense with a double. It was the start of a three-run inning. The Panthers added three more in the second before Crowder scored its first runs of the game in the top of the third. NCCC responded with nine more in the bottom half of the inning and seven additional runs in the fourth. The final three runs of the game came in the top of the sixth when Crowder plated three.

Bryce Colt picked up his first win of the season in three innings of work. He struck out and walked one each. Abram, Brylie Ware and Ryan Toliver went 3-for-4 at the plate, while Aaron Dees, Dylan Carrender and Chad Thomas added two hits apiece.

The Panthers will return to conference action Thursday afternoon against Highland Community College (6-14 overall and 2-6 in the KJCCC). First pitch is set for 1 pm at Hudson Field.
