Box Score Four players scored in double figures as Neosho picked up a 93-78 road win over Fort Scott Community College.
Neosho jumped out to an early lead against the Greyhounds and then cruised as they picked up their 11
th win of the season.
Kyler Steadman was the only Panther to play more than 23 minutes while 8 others played at least 18.
The balanced minutes led to a balanced scoresheet for
Jeremy Coombs as every Panthers that stepped on the floor scored at least five points in the win.
Deshawn Terrell and
BJ Jenkins led the Panthers with 14 a piece off the bench. Jenkins also dished out a team best three assists in the win.
Jamie Batish and Joe Acuil each added 3 points. Acuil also grabbed 13 rebounds for his third double-double of the year.
Neosho County improves to 11-1 on the season with the win. They will play their final game of the first semester when they travel to Dodge City Community College Friday (Dec. 13) for a rematch with the No. 22 ranked Conquistadors. Dodge City handed the Panthers their only loss of the season 92-87 on November 26.
