Also included in the addition was a coaches' locker room, which includes a television, and futon for the coaches to utilize before and after practices.
Hudson Field was built in 1987 with a $25,000 donation from Larry Hudson in honor of his wife, Carolyn Hudson. Carolyn Hudson Memorial Field was erected by Head Coach Steve Murry, Ben Smith, Dave Peter and the 1987 Neosho County Community College baseball team. Over time, it has evolved into one of the finest Junior College playing fields in the Midwest.

It is a natural Bermuda grass outfield and a synthetic grass infield, better known as RamTurf. The turf was installed just before the 2009-10 season, and was part of a $403,000 improvement that
was completely fundraised by the baseball team.

Dimensions of Hudson Field are 320 feet down the lines with, 365 feet to the gaps, and 400 feet in centerfield. It features an
8 foot wooden fence in the outfield and a 3 foot wooden fence down the sides. A decorative block backstop rounds out Hudson Field. It has an inning by inning scoreboard.

Arceneaux Family Baseball Complex was added to Hudson Field in the Fall of 2016. With the most recent round of renovations, the ballpark received $750,000 upgrades to its facility.
The upgrades include the addition of a clubhouse on the third base side. The 3,500-square foot clubhouse features a locker room/lounge area for the baseball student-athletes, a coaches' locker room, umpire changing room. It also includes a storage room, men's and women's restrooms, concession stand, and a press box. The field side of the clubhouse features a new dugout with
brand new benches and dugout heaters.

The Arceneaux Family Baseball complex renovations also included the addition of new bleacher behind the backstop and bleachers down the leftfield line, a concrete apron, sidewalk leading down to the field, and a high definition camera for live streaming.

The Panther Baseball team would like to thank everyone that donated and had a part in the completion of this project. This project would not have been possible without all of
the support of the Panther Nation.
