Rebecca Lewis, a Fredonia, Kansas native, serves as the Head Cheer and Dance Coach. A graduate of Fredonia High School, where she was a cheerleader, Rebecca has spent her career inspiring student-athletes through leadership, discipline, and a passion for cheer and dance.

Rebecca is a proud alumna of Neosho County Community College, where she was a member of the cheerleading team. During her time as a Panther, the team earned multiple awards and medals at both local competitions and the national championships in Myrtle Beach, laying the foundation for her lifelong commitment to the sport.

Before joining the college coaching ranks, Rebecca served as a high school cheer and dance coach, where she developed athletes both on and off the sidelines while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and school pride. Her coaching philosophy centers on building confident, resilient student-athletes who excel academically, athletically, and personally.

Rebecca earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pittsburg State University, bringing strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills to her role as head coach. She is passionate about recruiting dedicated student-athletes, promoting academic excellence, and continuing to grow a program built on integrity, hard work, and competitive success.

As Head Cheer and Dance Coach, Rebecca is committed to creating an inclusive, positive environment where athletes are challenged to reach their full potential while representing the college with pride, sportsmanship, and excellence.

Outside of coaching, Rebecca enjoys spending quality time with her family and supporting her community. She values the relationships built through athletics and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of student-athletes while helping them achieve success both on the sidelines and in the classroom.
