Hailey Spring-Clark brings a strong background in collegiate cheerleading and coaching to her role as Assistant Spirit Coach at Neosho County Community College. A former student-athlete at Ottawa University, Hailey was a standout member of the competitive cheer program, contributing to the team’s third NAIA Conference Championship during her time with the Braves. She also competed at the prestigious NCA College Nationals in Daytona Beach, Florida, and attended multiple NCA training camps throughout her career.
Prior to becoming Ottawa’s assistant cheer coach, Hailey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching. Beyond cheer, she served as an intern for both the women’s basketball and women’s flag football teams at Ottawa, gaining valuable experience in team operations and leadership.
After her time as a student-athlete, Hailey transitioned into coaching, where she quickly established herself as a dynamic leader. She has managed game day operations, helped choreograph performances, overseen social media content, led recruitment efforts, and prepared athletes for high level competition.
Known for her energy, attention to detail, and commitment to cultivating a culture of discipline, consistency, and pride, Hailey is excited to bring her creativity, leadership, and competitive drive to the spirit program at Neosho.
