#3 Slim Magee enters his second season with the Panthers and is coming off a stellar freshman season leading the team in blocked shots and rebounding. Slim averages 8reb, 10pts and blocked 77 shots last season for the Panthers. Slim attended high school at McMaine in New Orleans LA. During his time there he led the Big Easy in blocks and rebounding in his senior year, was small school player of the year honorable mention and  All- state  district player of the year.
 
Coach is expecting Slim to be a one of the best in rebounders in the country: “Slim is 6’11 with a 7’2 wingspan and has great timing… There is no doubt in my mind that Slim can be a great rebounder and one of the most sought after big men in the country. He brings a lot to the table defensibly and has really improved his footwork on the offensive end.”
